The Hotel is beautiful, exceeded our expectation. Our room had all the comforts. Most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Best breakfast buffet with so much to choose from. The restaurant is top of the line with great food choices. The staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel. We are going to miss our stay at Melia Vin Pearl hotel.

I recently had a 6-week business stay at this 5-star hotel and was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by the staff, particularly Phoebe at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff's friendly and professional demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided help in arranging travel to and from work as well as the airport. Genuinely fell in love with this hotel and the surrounding views and areas. Not only was the outside of the hotel amazing but so was the inside and most importantly the rooms! The size of my room and the balcony exceeded all my expectations, it was grand and so beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and lovely, I honestly don't have one bad word to say about this place. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Hai Phong.

The hotel was great, perfectly located in the City and the grounds/facilities were great. The breakfast was good, but the services was the best. The staff was always open to helping us have a good stay. I would highly recommend for a family. Also the pool was a welcomed relief on a very hot few days.

Beautiful hotel but a bit old and run down. More 4 stars than 5. Pool was lovely. Very stunning district location. Staff were constantly cleaning.
