Stunning hotel!! It is opulence 100% Our room was huge, clean and so comfortable. The swimming pool area is beautiful. The staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was simply amazing, the choices in food were the best we've seen during our Vietnam holiday - try an omelette. We were only there for a transit visit and it suited all of our needs.

I recently had a 6-week business stay at this 5-star hotel and was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by the staff, particularly Phoebe at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff's friendly and professional demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided help in arranging travel to and from work as well as the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Thank you for a memorable experience!"

Genuinely fell in love with this hotel and the surrounding views and areas. Not only was the outside of the hotel amazing but so was the inside and most importantly the rooms! The size of my room and the balcony exceeded all my expectations, it was grand and so beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and lovely, I honestly don't have one bad word to say about this place. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Hai Phong.

Beautiful and clean property. Pool was a standout for our young family. The adults also appreciated the gym and sauna/steam area. Food was always fresh and tasty.

The hotel was great, perfectly located in the City and the grounds/facilities were great. The breakfast was good, but the services was the best. The staff was always open to helping us have a good stay. I would highly recommend for a family. Also the pool was a welcomed relief on a very hot few days.

Beautiful hotel but a bit old and run down. More 4 stars than 5. Pool was lovely. Very stunning district location. Staff were constantly cleaning.

Very nice, neat & clean hotel. Surrounded with quite luxury shops & residency. Near to lake which we can have a jogging during early morning. We received VND200,000 voucher which we redeemed the drinks while we were playing snooker.

We actually only booked the room as we had an unplanned stay in Haiphong, and it was perfect. Out only regret was that we had to leave that evening and not actually stay. The staff were incredible and so welcoming and the facilities perfect.
